Once we know what's wrong, we'll give you an honest assessment of whether it's worth repairing. If it is, we'll source the right parts and get it fixed. $50 flat rate — A thorough check of your hardware to find out exactly what's going on. We'll walk you through our findings in plain English. If you decide to go ahead with a repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total cost.

Repairs & Upgrades

$100/hour + parts — Covers all hardware repairs, component replacements, and upgrades. Parts are billed at cost with no markup, and we'll give you an estimate before ordering anything so you can decide whether to proceed.

Custom PC Builds

Quoted per build — Every build is unique. Entry-level home and office systems start at a few hundred in parts; high-end gaming rigs can range into the thousands depending on specs. Labor for assembly, setup, and testing is a one-time flat fee. Get in touch and we'll talk through what's right for your budget.
